Paul E. Colosky Jr., Physical Therapist, Weight Loss Expert
Paul graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science with a focus on Sports Medicine in 1999 and a M.S. in Health and Exercise Science in 2001. Paul then completed further graduate studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and was awarded a Masters of Physical Therapy in 2006. Paul has remained a Nationally Certified and Texas State Licensed Athletic Trainer since 2000 and 2001. Paul is also a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (2001). Additionally, Paul is a certified BCA Clinician, Certified Ideal Protein Weight Loss coach.
Paul’s philosophy with physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and weight loss is we love the difficult cases. “I thrive on working with individuals who have not seen results with other techniques and helping those individuals to realize success.”
Personally, Paul has seen great results with the Ideal Protein Method as he has lost over 30 pounds in 5 weeks and is running his fastest 3 miles times in 8 years!

Jenny is a graduate from The University of Nebraska at Kearnie with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management. Jenny has been in management and operations for 8 years with a recent focus on health care operations, optum medical billing practices, and clinic workflow efficiency. Jenny has stepped up as a Valeo Ideal Weight Loss Coach because unique experience with her own prior weight loss attempts and diet programs that were not designed for success.
Jenny believes that, “If you do not go after what you want, you will never have it” and I believe this makes me a better Ideal Weight Loss coach as I use desire and worthiness to inspire our clients to reach a new, healthier lifestyle.
Jenny’s personal interest include watching The Nebraska Huskers and Texans football, spending time with her husband, and 4 year old son, Ethan. Reading, shopping, and personal hobbies (crafts) balance her days.
